I think it'd be a wise investment. I hate rainy days (and Mondays, which always get me down, but that's besides the point) but the right boots could help.

I bough pink plaid ones. Love them. A little perky for a rainy day...
i always like to show my dad these in catalogs. he's been wearing them shrimping his whole life. they usually run about $15 down at the feed store. his aren't as styling as these and he usually leans more for the white ones. i once mailed him one pair from sundance that were like $150 and he said he almost fell out of his chair.
