On my first day of not working, I have:
- applied for unemployment
- drank a whole lot of coffee
- gone to the gym for an hour
- watched 2 episodes of "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" (is that still on?)
- tried, and failed, to get tickets for the free Bon Jovi concert in Central Park (Livin' on a Prayer, yo!)
- tried, and failed, to guilt B into calling in sick to keep me company
Tomorrow, I am going to attempt to conquer the momentous task of going outside. Stay tuned.

Don't rush it. Maybe wait until the weekend before trying to go outside.

ReplyDeleteande: this is true. more and more distance from my previous job only serves to reinforce its suckiness.
cherry: i actually did end up venturing out yesterday. but it was only a few blocks from home.
You can DEW IT and make it outside. Just think you can start your 1/2 marathon training again with your time you have now. :)
